Roles and ResponsibilitiesSetting up and installing new computers, networks and software•Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications•Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office•Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults•Maintaining inventories of hardware and software•Managing backups of desktops/laptops/servers , in case of data loss•Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.•Working Knowledge of the IT service desk/Ticketing tools.•Working Knowledge of the operating systems Windows 10/Ubuntu/Linux•Working Knowledge of the Networking like DNS/DHCP/LAN/Wireless access points •Basic Knowledge of the Windows servers 2012/2019/Active directory •Basic Knowledge of the Google suit and O-365 •With good communication and minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support/Systems administration/End users support.
